This bayside property located in St. Petersburg, Florida, was purchased for $35 in 1920. The Vinoy was able to secure a place on the National Register of Historic Places and in 2009, the Vinoy underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation, including adding a Chihuly chandelier in the Grand Ballroom.
